RETURNS, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
The Marketplace return policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 7 days from the date of receipt, whichever earlier. Returns are only accepted for defected items or items grossly misrepresented in product listings. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact.
We do not accept returns on sale and promotional items, as well as returns of regular priced items beyond the stipulated time period. Several types of goods are excluded from our return policy due to hygiene reasons, including but not limited to clothes, perishables, beauty and personal hygiene care products etc.
Products that meet the above criteria have to contact us and the vendor and copy [email protected]. The vendor will provide the return address to the customer. Return postage costs is to be borne by the buyer and is non-refundable. Trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is highly encouraged as exchange will only be processed upon receipt of the original item. Once return is received by vendor and inspected, vendor will send buyer an email and copy [email protected] to notify they have received the returned item. Vendor has the right to issue approval or rejection of customer return.
The Marketplace can issue a refund to a customer once the vendor notifies that the refund is approved, however the transaction fees of the refund will be borne by the vendor.
Upon receipt of product and within 7 days, a buyer can request for an exchange if the product is materially different from what was advertised. The vendor is expected to fulfil the exchange within 30 days.
